What is your professional background and current status?
My name is Amanda Winchester. I live here in Hawaii and my current day job is an ultrasound tech at a cardiovascular lab. And now I call myself a real estate investor.
What specific resources does the program offer to help students succeed?
They provide a lot of resources and references, videos, written, everything that you can possibly need to succeed in this course. The coaching is wonderful too; you can get one-on-one coaching and in-person coaching.
How has this program affected your future outlook and lifestyle goals?
It has definitely been a tremendous value to my business. My life will definitely be different. I plan on retiring and living my life the way that I would like, living here in Hawaii. You want to be able to enjoy the outdoors, go to the beach, and have time with family and friends.
What would you say to someone considering joining Tax Lien Wealth Builders?
If you're sitting on the fence trying to decide, I would say you've got nothing to lose but time. The sooner you get going, it would definitely be to your benefit. I feel like I wish I had learned about this years ago.

You can meet some life-changing people, some partners that will help invest in you and help to build your company. The friends that I met there have been invaluable. I met people that are willing to be lenders and provide the next steps to becoming a successful real estate investor.
