I would say that for me it's been a huge exponential push forward growth and so I'm extremely happy. I'm much better off where I am now and where I was almost two years ago from me and him.

I'm in Orange, Connecticut. I'm head of research and do portfolio management and construction for high net worth and institutional and retail clients at a mechanics firm. I was basically working several jobs. I wasn't getting promoted, not even in control of my time. And I was just exhausted.

We basically came up with a plan. I was able to quit one of my secondary jobs and got a more stable job to replace it. Working with Neal, it basically took the skills that I developed from career coaching and network building and I was able to push things forward. I can faster clarify things and just really reset my value I'm able to bring to the table and how to communicate that clearly to others.

There's been a ton of hard outcomes. I mean, I was able to double my income by going back to the gym three days a week. I've sat date nights with my wife once a week with my son, just different ways to be more intentional and have a little bit more fun with him.

I wasn't getting promoted, not even in control of my time. And I was just exhausted. So I worked with Neil and we basically came up with a plan. The career coaches have been useful in their own way. And that actually helped me to get a different career. Working with Neil, it basically took the skills that I developed from that, career coaching and network building. And then I was able to push things forward. can faster clarify things and just. Really reset my value, I'm able to bring to the table and how to communicate that clearly to others. There's been a ton of hard outcomes. I mean, I was able to double my income by going back to the gym three days a week. And then I think just in general, it's just really nice to have constant communication back and forth on the things that I'm working on. And he can, you know, course correct, just get a way of Like seeing the whole approach and what works. Then on top of it, I'm able to model what he's done and see the success from those things and then take it into what I'm doing. I mean, it's improved my life significantly. So I'm extremely happy. I'm much better off where I am now and where I was almost two years ago from me and him. So I would say that, you know, if you're on the fence, you know, it's got to obviously feel right and kind of make sure you fact, with him, it's been a huge spree.
