The interview
What is your overall impression of Jessica Zweig's online learning experiences?
Jessica's online learning experiences are unlike anything else I've ever participated in in my life. She provides unbelievable information, wisdom, and knowledge that you can really take with you when you leave, but she also operates at such a high frequency that when you leave her presence, even online, you feel different.
What was your professional situation before joining the program?
I had been leading schools for over 20 years and been in education for almost 30. I knew I wanted to make a shift from educational leadership into a different way of contributing, but I really wasn't sure what that was going to be or how to even approach it. I had no map.
What made you decide to join the Feminine Frequency Business School (FFBS)?
I knew I wanted to start something completely different and innovative. I needed a plan and wanted something that resonated with who I am—something that looked at business not just as a way to make money, but as a way to have impact in this world. I wanted a program that aligned spirituality and purpose with concrete business planning.
Did you have any hesitations before signing up?
When I first looked into FFBS, I wasn't quite sure if I could make the time commitment or if I could make the financial commitment. I can tell you for certain it was worth every single minute I spent in class, doing my work, building my dissertation, and it was worth every single dollar I spent on the program.
How has your perspective changed since completing the program?
Really everything has changed for me. I energetically feel lighter because I have such a clear path. I am clear on my core codes, on my mission, on my vision, on who I am, what I do, what I want to be, and the impacts I want to have in the world. I have concrete tools and business plans for how I'm going to tackle stepping out on my own.
What was the most surprising part of the experience?
What surprised me the most was the sisterhood that was created with all of the other women. There is not a whiff of competition; we support each other, send resources, and celebrate each other. I also didn't know how unbelievable her team would be—how aligned, responsive, and intuitive they are.
How would you describe the feedback you received during the program?
The feedback that I got on all of my work from Jessica and from her team was otherworldly. I truly have never felt so seen, so validated for who I am and what I'm trying to do in the world, and also gently, lovingly pushed and challenged to think about new ways to grow and improve myself.
