The interview
What is your background and what do you like about working with InfiniteAloe?
My name is Payam, I'm from Toronto, and I've been working with Infinite Aloe. Before I joined the team, I was working as a merchandiser for flower booths in Costco. It's very easy to understand the products. It's basically good to have this opportunity to learn every day, and it's not always ends there. Simple, straightforward, and you get to learn a lot.
How do you view the commission-based sales structure?
I seen the kind of commission sales as part of actually motivation to actually being better and actually going beyond my comfort zone and actually learning how to interact with people and pointing out the strengths of the products and actually getting to understanding what our strengths are and closing the package right away.
What was your first week of training like?
My first week of the experience was easiest one ever. It was all welcoming, and the training was basically going step by step. There was no rushing, and all the question I have through the week was just met with practical answers of how do we basically going through and explaining the products, knowing the strengths, and why people should choose us.
How does the team support your growth?
There was never a wrong question, as they say. Always appreciate that I can have any questions, they will answer that, and I appreciate that my team is always assisting me in anything that I can learn or I can do better. It's all streamlined, so we know the duties we have to do. We know exactly the targets and the numbers we have to go through.
What is the customer interaction like?
It's really refreshing to connect with people and actually getting to know them, and some of them are using the products of the company for over five, six years. It's always great to see how they're actually just loving this product, and it actually creates kind of a friendly environments. It's basically just greeting, getting to know people, and they are actually asking the question of what our products are and what's the benefit of our product.
How would you describe the work schedule and flexibility?
Perfect schedule, I would say. If I have any arrangements to do beforehand, the team is always there. They can always just change in there, so it actually accommodates me. And anytime that I have some extra time and someone's actually needing that, I'm ready to go another one without question.
What advice would you give to someone considering joining the team?
Well, take a leap of faith. Nothing wrong on this one. There's nothing difficult. It's basically just learning, learning, learning, and no two days are the same. That's the beauty of this one. Every single day is a new one, and you're gonna love this variety of people you meet.
