What physical changes have you noticed since starting at Alloy?

I'm much more flexible now than I was. I feel better. You know, sometimes it's hard to get up and go work out in the mornings, but I feel better when I do it. I've gained muscle and it is much easier to get up and down off the floor when I'm playing with my grandkids.
