Can you introduce yourself and describe your history with back pain?

I'm Jelaine Reed from Amarillo, Texas. I'm a retired fundraiser and non-profit manager. I have been seeing neurologists and pain management teams since 2007. Have very little relief, and as I've aged a little bit, it has continued to get worse.
