The interview

What was missing in your professional life before joining Speakeasy Mastermind?

I was already connected with lots of people when I was traveling the world, but I was missing a consistent community where I can build with the same people and build deeper connections with consistently over time. I have been part of expensive masterminds where you fly to see the community once or twice a year, but what was missing was having people to actually build with every month and every weekend on a continuous basis.

Did you have any concerns or hesitations before joining?

Sometimes my concern was that business conferences can be kind of inauthentic, especially in Los Angeles. It's tough to find people who will talk a big game and then actually be about it. I wasn't sure if it was gonna be another one of those things. The biggest, beautiful surprise was that there are really amazing, high-caliber, authentic people who are dreamers and doers, living amazing results, and generously sharing their resources.

What was your experience like at the global gathering?

I remember going to the global gathering in Austin, Texas last year. The connections were such amazing, rich connections in every way possible. I like to call it 'soul family.' Some of those people, we still do business together. I'm thinking about Natasha and Akash; they're moving to Dubai now and I'm going to support them, doing events together and collaborations that feel like genuine care.

Can you share a specific example of a breakthrough or connection you made?

I remember meeting Waldo. He shared with me that he's doing $50,000 per keynote on a regular basis. I had this moment like in The Wolf of Wall Street where I felt like, 'you show me a check and I'll do what you're doing.' He showed me the receipts, how he's getting those deals, and his LinkedIn strategy. He actually took time after the event to take me behind the scenes on exactly how that works.

What is the most meaningful shift you've experienced since joining?

The most meaningful shift is having a consistent inbound group of people who are looking for my expertise and services. Especially as a chapter captain, I constantly have people introduced to me. In the past, it would be more like me going out to find new opportunities and create them that way. Now it's more like I get to filter the opportunities that are coming in.

Is the investment in Speakeasy Mastermind worth it?

It's completely worth it. If it is truly the right room for you, it's absolutely priceless and worth more than the price of admission. The value is absolutely insane and a no-brainer. Once you experience a dinner and meet the people, you know if these are your people. It's beyond worth it for the value of one relationship that is actually aligned.

Speaker 0: My name is Miro Hayink. I'm in Los Angeles, California, and I'm the founder of ManifestSex. Mhmm. Yeah. Before speak easy, that's the mind. What I was missing is I was already connected with lots of people when I was traveling the world and meeting exciting people, but I was missing a consistent community where I can build with the same people, build deeper and deeper connections with consistently over time. You know, I have been part of the expensive masterminds and go fly to see the the community once or twice a year. But it's like yeah. Well, what's missing is having people that can continue, like, to actually build with, every month and every weekend on a continuous basis. Yeah. Sometimes my concern was, you know, some of, like, business conferences can be kind of, maybe people having their mask on inauthentic, especially in Los Angeles. It's tough to find people who, you know, will talk a big game and then actually be about it. So I wasn't sure if it was gonna be another one of those things. And, yeah. So I think the the biggest, beautiful surprise was that there are really amazing, high caliber, authentic people who are dreamers and doers, living amazing results, generously sharing their resources. So it's been a really pleasant surprise. I mean, you know, I like to call it soul family. I remember going to the global gathering when I was in Austin, Texas last year. And, I mean, the connections were such such amazing rich connections in every way possible. Yeah. So some of those people, we still do business together. I remember meeting Waldo, who's amazing. Shout out to Waldo. He he I was in his journey of doing keynote speaking, and, he shared with me that he's doing $50,000 per keynote on a regular basis. And I had this, like, moment, like, in the movie, The Wolf of Wall Street where Jonah Hill is going to Leo DiCaprio and says, hey, you show me a check with 50,000 and I quit my job right now and do what you're doing. And and that's kind of how I felt. And he showed me the receipts and how he's getting those deals and, you know, using his LinkedIn strategy. And he actually took time after the event to take me behind the scenes on exactly how that works. And that was just, like, one example of, like, many amazing, generous souls that were so free to, you know, share their expertise with me. And, you know, I'm thinking about Natasha and Akash. You know, they're moving to Dubai now. I'm going to support them, doing events together and collaborations that are just honestly, not just high caliber, but it does feel like soul family. There's a sense of, like, belonging and genuine care that everybody has, to contribute to each other, which is really beautiful. Mhmm. I would say good good question. The most meaningful shift that I've experienced since joining Speakeasy Mastermind is having honestly a consistent inbound group of people who are looking for my expertise, my services to be in a room with me. You know? Especially given that I'm the chapter captain, I'm constantly have people introduce me, new people to me. And, you know, in the past, it will be more like me going out to go find new opportunities and create them that way. Now it's more like, I get to filter. You know, I get to filter the opportunities that are coming in. So that's that's been a really amazing shift for sure. Yeah. It's completely worth it. I think that if it is truly the right room for you, it's absolutely priceless, and it's worth more than the price of admission, which they are way more expensive masterminds that many of us have been part of. And, you know, the value is is absolutely insane and no brainer. But it's really for the right people. You know, I think once you experience a dinner and and you meet the people, you kind of either know these are my people and I wanna continue to build with them or you know that it's not. And so, it's perfect either way but it's absolutely worth attending your first, you know, whether it's a global event or a local dinner. It's it's beyond worth it. I mean, the value of one relationship that's actually aligned. I think this process isn't this. It's one thing to have like a good relationship but it's a different thing to be surrounded by all amazing people. I think shout out to Eric Bremman, the founder, and Glenn, you know, together to build something so fantastic that continues to give and expand. I think that, you know, we were at, like, 15 chapters when when when I launched our you know, relaunched the LA chapter, and now we're we're just growing so fast with London and Dubai and all these international locations popping up. Just kudos to continue to drive growth the way the team does. Of course. Okay. You got it.
