Modernizing Orofacial Pain Practice with Sleek Motorized Chairs and Superior Value

I'm Micah Donlin. I am the owner of White Lavender Orofacial Pain, Headache, and Sleep, and we're located in Louisville, Kentucky. So one of my colleagues had recommended SpaSource, and so he gave me the idea to look into the chair that you all offer, and it differs from other companies that I've looked at. Since I am in dentistry, we typically will use dental chairs, but in my specialty of orofacial pain, I'm not doing traditional dentistry, and so these chairs are better fit for my practice rather than your traditional dental chair. It's sleeker looking, more modern looking, and I think more comfortable for the patient. [laughs] I reached out and immediately got a response from the company. They were able to help me decide on which model to choose. I went with the Moderno just, uh, it's more simple and kind of fit the footprint of my practice. I was able to talk to someone right away, and they were super helpful. So the patient chair matches my doctor chair, which I think looks really good in the office, in the procedure room. I have patients comment all the time of how sleek the chair looks and that, you know, they feel comfortable in it. And value-wise, I was very pleased with the price. When you talk about a traditional dental chair, it can be much more pricey than this chair from SpaSource. And so for my needs of what I needed, I was very pleased with the price. And really just the look, the ease of it, and that it can match my doctor stool, I think is a huge plus. My overall experience working with SpaSource has been ease of getting in touch with you all, the customer service side of things. I was able to talk to a person and, you know, have that conversation, not with a robot, but be able to place the order with an actual person, have that, you know, human touch to the process. When I've reached out for other products, it's nice to already have that point of contact so that we can, for example, n-need to order more chairs or a different doctor stool. It's been nice to also, like, continue that relationship, and it's just been easy to get in touch with you all, and that's huge. As a clinician, there's not a whole lot of time in our day dedicated to be able to do these types of things, so to be able to talk to someone right away and have that communication is huge. So if you're considering SpaSource, don't hesitate to reach out. There's different levels of chairs that you can choose from, depending on what your needs are. But I'd say don't hesitate. They're a great company to work with. You have that human touch, and they provide a great product. So here is the patient chair, as well as my doctor stool. They do match perfectly, so I love how they look together in the room. And here, this is really nice that the armrests flip all the way back. It just allows for the patient to get in from the side easier. If they do have any difficulty getting into a chair, they can swing their legs around this way, and then we swing them forward. And then we're able to easily put the armrest back. I do love that there is a remote here, and we're able to, again, adjust the chair as needed, just to allow for patients to get into it easily. I love how it looks and that they match.
