The interview

What was your situation before joining Sachin and the Perfect Practice mentorship?

I have a busy clinic and we've been in practice for the better part of 17 years right now, but I felt like I was all over the place and I had lots going on. I felt like I was just doing my best to get through the day, wearing so many different hats, and I found I was still stuck in that one-to-one model. No matter how many patients I could see in a day, if I didn't show up to work the next day, I didn't get paid.

What was the primary struggle you were looking to solve?

Ultimately what I was struggling with is how do I scale myself? How do I scale my knowledge and leverage my knowledge so that we can get away from the one-to-one model to a one-to-many model? I'd been struggling for many years to try and create systems in my practice.

What made you decide to say yes to Perfect Practice?

It was Sachin. I've known Sachin for many years prior to actually joining his mentorship, so I knew the quality of his work, his ability to connect on a human level, and that his altruistic intentions were to help other practitioners get better. When I had the opportunity to join, it was a no-brainer for me.

How has your lifestyle changed since joining the program?

My lifestyle has improved a lot by being more efficient with my time and focusing my tasks on creating systems and programs. I'm creating more time and ultimately more freedom to hang with my family and my friends at my discretion without ever taking a vacation and worrying that I need to be back in the clinic. It has improved my quality of life.

What impact has the community had on your patient results?

We have a tremendous amount of experience and different types of practitioners where everyone brings their expertise to the table. This has been tremendously helpful for me to bounce clinical ideas off of and ensure we're getting the best of everything. We discuss difficult cases and roadblocks we're seeing with our care, which has been a tremendous value.

What surprised you most about the experience?

What surprised me the most was legitimately the generosity that Sachin and his team provide. It was unexpected in the sense that there were just so many ways and touches that Sachin and his team really help to show how much they care. They go that extra mile to provide value, and you feel it right from day one.

Who would you recommend this mentorship to?

I would recommend the Perfect Practice mentorship to any practitioner right now who's looking to take their practice to another level. It doesn't matter if you're busy or not; Sachin and his team are going to meet you where you're at, whether you've got an existing brick-and-mortar or you're strictly online.

Before I joined Sachin and Perfect Practice mentorship, one of the thing I had and I was very fortunate, I have a busy clinic and we've been in practice for a number of years better part of 17 years right now but I felt like I was all over the place and I had lots going on, I felt like just doing my best to get through the day. So many different hats I was wearing and I found I was still stuck in that one to one model. And no matter how many patients I could see in a day if I didn't show up to work the next day, I don't get paid and then so the ultimately what I was struggling with is like, how do I scale myself? How do I scale my knowledge? How do I leverage my knowledge so that we can get away from the one to one model to a one to many model? What made me say yes to Perfect Practice was Sachin, I've known Sachin for many years prior to actually joining his mentorship and so I knew the quality of his work, I knew his ability to connect on a human level and that his altruistic intentions were to help other practitioners get better. So when I had the opportunity to join it was a no brainer for me, It was already aligned with him and in many ways and I knew at that time I was ready and you know I'd been struggling for many years to try and create systems in my practice and get away from that one to one model but I found Sachin once I started chatting with him and re-engaging with him, I knew that it was time for the one to many model. I knew he's going to be my coach to help me get there. So my lifestyle has improved a lot by being more efficient with my time and focusing my tasks on creating systems and programs in my practice that are going to help me have the one to many impact that I've always wanted and not focus on just the hour by hour show up and treat patients all day long and that's my only way to help people. So I'm creating more time and ultimately more freedom to hang with my family and my friends at my discretion without ever taking a vacation and worrying that oh my gosh I need to be back in the clinic, I need to be back in Toronto when it takes away from the quality of your vacation when you're worrying about these things. So that's improved my quality of life and I know that I'm on the right steps right now and moving in the right direction to ultimately create more and more freedom even more so going forward. Yeah, the results that I'm getting with my patients is the group that we have in the Perfect Practice mentorship, we have got a tremendous amount of experience and different types of practitioners everyone brings their expertise to the table and this has been tremendously helpful for me to bounce ideas off clinical ideas, ensure that we're getting the best of everything you know, many heads helps one person much better than one person does, so we are really a great community that come together and even start to discuss difficult cases and discuss roadblocks that we're seeing with our care and that's been a tremendous value for me. What surprised me the most about Perfect Practice was legitimately the generosity that Sachin and his team provide and you know, it actually didn't surprise me but at the same time it was unexpected and into the sense that there was just so many ways and touches that Sachin and his team really helps to show how much they care that they're going that extra mile to really provide that level of value that's in this mentorship and you feel it right from day one and to me that was such a powerful feeling, such a powerful reinforcement that I was in the right area and I was with the right group of people and ultimately going and ultimately to get the right results. I would recommend the Perfect Practice mentorship to any practitioner right now who's looking to take their practice to another level, it doesn't matter if you're busy or not, you want to take it to another level Sachin and his team are going to help you get there, they're going to meet you where you're at whether you've got an existing brick and mortar whether you're strictly online they're going to establish a path to where you want to go. So if you feel right now that you're not hitting your full potential of helping people and that you want to create more systems into your practice, you want to move more digitally. I can't recommend Sachin and his team at Perfect Practice enough it's been a tremendous experience and I am just getting going with them. Hi, I'm doctor John Dempster I practice in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
