The interview

What would you say to someone considering joining the Institute of Restorative Health?

If someone was sitting on the fence about whether to join the Institute of Restorative Health or not, I would say, 'Just dive in! You're gonna get so much support, and you're gonna come out a different person.'

Can you introduce yourself and your professional background?

Hi, my name's Rebecca Arsena. I live in North Carolina. By day, I work in radiology, and then evenings and weekends I coach clients. I specialize in gut health. I work with women to help them move past an elimination diet for IBS relief.

What makes the Institute of Restorative Health unique compared to other programs?

The Institute of Restorative Health is the best at pushing you out of your comfort zones and making you not a good, but a great practitioner.

What challenges were you facing in your business before enrolling?

When I had signed up for the Institute of Restorative Health, I was kind of stuck a little bit in my business. I had been coaching clients, but I really felt like that the testing piece was missing, and not just the testing piece, but also the knowledge around how and when to use the testing.

What did you discover about the program once you started?

The thing that I thought that I was getting was just more education, but what I got was more practical implementation. I wasn't sure being a full-time working mom of a teenager if I was actually going to have time to commit to the program. Now that I have gone through the program, I realized that that time was very well spent, and yes, it was intense, but it was exactly what I needed.

What specific results have you seen since completing the Art and Science of Gastrointestinal Healing course?

After completing the Art and Science of Gastrointestinal Healing course through the Institute of Restorative Health, my business has grown already. I just completed it recently. I have four new clients and it gave me the confidence to approach a functional medicine practitioner about working with her and her clients.

Can you share a specific client success story resulting from your training?

Clients get incredible results already with just the knowledge that I've gotten from this first class. I have one client who had such bad reflux that he had not been able to drink coffee in years, and he just had his first latte last week and he was thrilled.

What is the number one benefit you have experienced from the program?

The #1 benefit I've experienced from attending the Institute of Restorative Health is that I have so much more confidence now. I am confident I can give my clients the transformations they deserve.
