Tami Lev, VP of Clinical Operations at Drip Diabetic Therapy, credits Infusive with transforming their multi-location inventory management from manual Excel spreadsheets to a universal reporting platform. Infusive safeguarded their operations during a saline shortage and matched manufacturer pricing to maintain profitability despite new tariffs, allowing the team to focus on clinical excellence rather than supply chain chaos.

The interview
What surprised you the most about working with Infusive?
What surprised me the most about working with Infusive is how adaptable they are. The fact that Infusive is able to make changes to the website and make changes to their platform specific to our needs was very surprising and probably why our relationship works so well.
How does Infusive handle product sourcing and supply shortages?
I think the fast turnaround time that they have for us, that we need a product and they'll find it for us, or when there was a saline shortage. We didn't even feel the brunt of that shortage because Infusive worked tirelessly to make sure that we have what we need.
What was your operational situation before starting with Infusive?
Before we started working with Infusive, we were managing several different office locations and it was very difficult to manage all of the inventory and all of the micronutrients and the supplies for so many different satellite offices. We were basically using Excel spreadsheets, different files and forms and Word documents, but nothing was really universal.
Did you have any hesitations before signing up with Lauren and Darren?
There were some hesitations. Of course, we were a new business. We were really just starting to get off the ground and when you're starting a new business, of course, there are so many different people selling you things. Soon and early on, all my hesitations went away after seeing the platform.
How has Infusive impacted your reporting and leadership communication?
Nothing was able to be shared and put into a reporting structure that we could report up to our executive leadership team or to report up to our investors. Infusive changed that. My overall experience has been amazing; they are building out even more parts of their platform for us specifically.
How has your relationship with suppliers changed since joining Infusive?
We've gone from using our own suppliers and our own manufacturers to pretty much only using what Infusive offers because they're always looking to better the product. We've even created certain products with certain manufacturers and Infusive was able to match that pricing, especially now with all these new tariffs.
How does Infusive contribute to the profitability of your clinic?
Infusive is truly a partner to make sure that we are able to get the product that we need at the price that makes sense, that we are able to still make a profit, but really give the best quality product to our nurses who are out in the field. They're going to help manage the supplies that you have in stock and make sure those are utilized first.
Frequently asked

Tami Lev initially had hesitations because Drip Diabetic Therapy was a new business being approached by many vendors. However, seeing the platform's specific capabilities for the micronutrient space caused those hesitations to disappear early on.
How does Infusive handle supply chain disruptions like saline shortages?
According to Tami Lev, the clinic 'didn't even feel the brunt' of the saline shortage because the Infusive team worked tirelessly to ensure they had the products needed to service their patients.
Can Infusive replace manual Excel spreadsheet tracking for clinics?
Yes, Tami Lev notes that before Infusive, they relied on disconnected Excel files and Word documents that couldn't be shared or reported to executive leadership; Infusive provided a universal platform to solve this.
