The interview

What was your practice like before working with Megan Walker's programs?

I really was in the slog of one-on-one practice, and I was inspired by what other people were doing, but I really couldn't quite see being able to do more than just that. I always had a really big wait list and a really busy practice, but it was a lot of day in, day out.

What specific changes did you want to make in your professional life?

I wanted a little more space in my practice for creativity, for being able to implement beyond just one-on-one practice. I was really waiting for that 'aha moment' of being able to put together a program that looked beyond one-on-one care and helping to serve a lot of people.

How did Megan Walker help you shift your mindset and schedule?

She basically forces you to make some changes to your practice in order to have the bandwidth and the time to look beyond one-on-one practice. I had to make changes with my schedule, and I had to set up the space to allow the creativity to sink in and allow me to then manifest what I wanted.

What did you eventually create through this coaching process?

I worked with Megan for three years. We developed an incredible program that is serving lots of people. I just decided to start a membership alongside my one-on-one practice that really pushed the needle towards serving more people.

What have been the tangible results of these changes?

What's been great is financially much more success while helping a lot more people. It's been great. It would never have happened without Impact Lives and without Megan's coaching, for sure.

Since working with Megan's incredible programs, I really was in the slog of one-on-one practice, and I was inspired by what other people were doing, but I really couldn't quite see being able to do more than just that. And I think it was really planting the seed and then building the confidence of like, "Okay, I know how to run a successful practice, but now I just have to pivot a little bit, make a little more space in order to build success, but also help people feel better." My name's Dr. Jessie Pierce. I'm a naturopathic doctor based out of Ottawa, Ontario, and I have treated chronic illness for 20 years. But right now, I have a real special interest in longevity, health promotion, helping people live long, healthy lives with just oomph and excitement. So I'm really into peptides, really into bioregulators, and that is sort of where I have put my attention for the last two years. I am really looking at the root cause of illness, almost like a health detective, trying to figure out what is really impacting people's health, and whether or not that's toxins or a stress response or infections. I'm really looking at the big picture, and once we figure those things out, we can move forward and really push the needle on their health. I always had a really big wait list. I had a really busy practice. It's a lot of day in, day out, and I wanted a little more space in my practice for creativity, for being able to implement beyond just one-on-one practice. I've been working with Megan Walker for a few years, and I was really waiting for that aha moment of being able to put together a program that looked beyond one-on-one care and helping to serve a lot of people. And I just decided to start a membership alongside my one-on-one practice that really pushed the needle towards serving more people and helping more people without necessarily breaking my integrity as a really good doctor. Working with Dr. M- Megan Walker has been really helpful because I was in the grind and really didn't have any creative energy or time to really carve some sort of new niche. And so she basically forces you to make some changes to your practice in order to have the bandwidth and the time to look beyond one-on-one practice. It really... It took some time. I worked with Megan for three years. We developed an incredible program that is serving lots of people. Megan has this incredible ability to really have people look at the big picture of what they really need to do to make something happen, and jump in headfirst and create something that I'm really proud of. Some of it was just coming up with the idea, having the space to daydream and manifest this idea, so I had to make changes with my schedule, and I had to set up the space to allow the creativity to sink in and allow me to then manifest what I wanted. I first started [laughs] with Megan, I was really focused on the, "I just want people to get better." But what's been great is financially much more success while helping a lot more people. It's been great. Like, honestly, I have to say, like Megan and her team, they've been awesome. It would never have happened without Impact Lives and without Megan's coaching, for sure. She's really trying to inspire a lot of people, and I just absolutely love her. I h- feel so blessed to have spent lots of time with her, and she's a real force
