The interview
What was your life like before joining the Fast to Faith program?
Before joining Fast to Faith, I was completely burned out in every sense of the word. I was so burned out to the point I couldn't even sleep. So I was being prescribed sleeping medications, anxiety medications. I was just literally a mess.
What was the breaking point that led you to seek help?
I realized a breaking point for me was, again, I was so exhausted that I just couldn't sleep, and I didn't realize that so much of my health journey, what I was missing from that was actually my faith and just incorporating God into everything. I realized if I just released my health journey to Him and followed His lead, it would create tremendous change.
How does this program compare to other health journeys you have tried?
I've done a lot of previous health journeys, the keto, the paleo, all of the things. There are two really big differences. One is that we're focusing just more on God and starting there and then spreading out to how that applies to how I'm eating and how I view my body. Those have been game changers because I'm making changes based on love for myself versus not liking the number on the scale.
What role did the community and coaching play in your success?
There's just a great sense of community with Dr. Tabatha and also working with Ashley and Morgan. Everyone's really just been rooting for me, and this sisterhood that's been created has just made a tremendous difference. If you have a support system or somebody that's going through the same journey, you're so much more successful.
What has your experience been like working with your coach, Ashley?
This is actually the second time I've been through the Healthy Her program. Ashley has been my coach both times, and she has just been above and beyond tremendous. She's just so encouraging and so non-judgmental and very much just real. When you slip up, she was so great at just saying, 'Nope, we're just gonna start fresh. It's fine. We'll begin a new day.'
What specific health outcomes have you achieved since completing the program?
I am off of all sleeping medication and sleeping aids, which is huge because I was doing that basically since college. My sleep has been tremendous. My hormones are finally getting back to a great place. My mood is better, I'm more patient with my kids and husband, and my energy is so much better. We also realized I had mold exposure, so we're working on detoxing all of that.

Stephanie Greene explicitly states that the program is 'worth the investment' and 'worth the time' because it is life-changing. She notes that even her husband noticed significant positive changes in her well-being and personality.
How does Fast to Faith differ from diets like Keto or Paleo?
Stephanie explains that the primary difference is starting with God and faith rather than focusing on the scale or jean size. This approach shifted her motivation from self-criticism to self-love and stewardship of her body.
What kind of support does Fast to Faith provide for habit changes?
Stephanie highlights the 'sisterhood' and non-judgmental coaching from staff like Ashley. She appreciated that when she 'slipped up' or went backwards, her coach encouraged her to simply start fresh the next day.
