The interview

What is it like working with Spencer Burnett?

Working with Spencer is wild. He's got a wealth of knowledge and a wealth of experience across multiple different functions. So whether it's him helping you with your business or personal life, he has a lot to say. He's well educated and a good time.

How did the Execute program adapt to your specific situation as a corporate employee?

When I started working with Spencer, it was early on in the Execute program where he was creating it. He basically developed the platform for me because I'm already employed at a corporate company and I don't have a business that I'm owning and running on the side. It really helped me get my mind right when I'm thinking about execution and working back from the result and the why.

What would you say to someone who is hesitant to work with Spencer?

I think anybody's on the fence when working with a person they've never met maybe or maybe they clicked on an ad. Personally, I think after the first call of getting to know him, that's where you really start to understand his passion for helping people change their lives.

What is the primary benefit you've experienced from the program?

The #1 benefit of working with Execute is a lack of anxiety and stress and apprehension around what you're supposed to be doing that day. It's really helped me create more time to think, more time to be with people I enjoy, more time with my family, and that's something that I'll hold onto for the rest of my life.

What specific personal goals have you achieved since starting?

In my goal-setting and intention-setting, I promised myself I would compete in a dance performance by the end of the year; that's happening in a couple of weeks. I promised myself I'd be buying a house and I'm already working with a realtor and I've been pre-approved for loans. I also lost 15 pounds.

How has the program impacted your sense of self and boundaries?

I've been really hammering in on my identity. I specifically struggled with really knowing who I was and really knowing what boundaries I should be setting not only for myself but other people. That was one of my favorite things.

Frequently asked

Is BrainJam worth it if I don't know the coach personally?

James Zayner noted that while people might be on the fence after clicking an ad, the first call reveals Spencer's genuine passion for helping people change their lives. He found the wealth of knowledge Spencer provided to be transformative for both his professional and personal life.

Can BrainJam help someone in a corporate role rather than a business owner?

Yes, James Zayner used the platform while employed at a publicly traded company. Spencer developed the platform to help him get his 'mind right' regarding execution and building processes to reach specific results.

What is the main benefit of the Execute program?

According to James Zayner, the number one benefit is a lack of anxiety, stress, and apprehension regarding daily tasks. It creates more time for family and personal interests by clarifying what you are supposed to be doing each day.

James Zayner (00:00) Working with Spencer is wild. he's got a wealth of knowledge and a wealth of experience across multiple different functions. so whether it's him helping you with your business or personal life, he has a lot to say. He's well educated and a good time. Hi, I'm James Zayner. I'm from Austin, Texas, and I'm the director of marketing at a publicly traded company. when I started working with Spencer, it was early on in the execute program where he was creating it. So we kind of like workshopped - Basically he developed the platform for me because I'm already employed at a corporate company and I don't have a business that I'm, like, owning and running on the side. And so it really helped me get my mind right when I'm thinking about execution. when I'm thinking about working back from the result and the why, and building a process to get there. I think anybody's on the fence when working with a person they've never met maybe or maybe they clicked on an ad and they're like, I don't know, is this for me? Personally, I think working with Spencer... after the first call of getting to know him, that's where you really start to understand his passion for helping people change their lives. The #1 benefit of working with execute is a lack of anxiety and stress and apprehension around what you're supposed to be doing that day. it's really helped me create more time to think, more time to be with people I enjoy, more time with my family, and that's something that I'll hold onto for the rest of my life. so in my goal-setting, intention-setting, kind of like dream-making I promised myself I would compete in a dance performance by the end of the year. That's happening in a couple of weeks. i promised myself I'd be buying a house and I'm already working with a realtor and I've been pre-approved for loans so I can start doing i lost 15 pounds. And then really just hammering in on my identity. I think that's something a lot of us struggle with - I specifically struggled with, like really knowing who I was and really knowing what boundaries I should be setting not only for myself but other people. and that was one of my favorite things. I would say the factor of, like, choosing a coach or choosing a personal trainer or choosing - it's not necessarily the person you're working with, but are you ready? And so are you ready to do this? And if so, you should be choosing Spencer. If you're looking to restructure your entire life so that you can back and get to more, is the person to work with.
