Six Years of Pristine Commercial Cleaning with Remarkable Attention to Detail

They do a very professional job, and they're v- very diligent. My name is Bobby Moseley. I live in Tempe, Arizona, and I am the production engineer and manager for Nebula Scientific and Mayer Labs here in Tempe. When I first took over this facility six years ago, this was already facilitated by this management company for cleaning and everything here at the office. So we just continued services, and we haven't changed since. It's been great. They do a really good job, really good detail, attention to detail, especially when it comes down to, like, all the little minors. You got your daily, you got your weekly, and then you pretty much got, like, a monthly cleaning. And they're all three different segmented, compartmentalized parts of the services that OnGo provides for us. So my experience with them has been very well. They do a remarkable job here at the office, and they pay very close attention to detail. From the scheduling, so obviously they're always here, they're on time, they're always signed in, and they do their scheduled cleaning. Any additional cleaning that we may request, I'm able to log into the information book that we have up front as kind of an analog of what we have for OnGo. They respond to that letterhead and, um, provide the services. And follow-up, we get a representative come in, I want to say once every quarter, to do follow-ups, and we do an initial report of satisfactory of services provided. They always are very performative. Making the initial requests, they were very timely in their response and were very accurate to the description of the request and fulfilling of services. And so me, myself, I've never had a situation where I've had to go to them and request additional due to discrepancy or delinquency within their job duties. So it's always been very pleasurable to work with them, uh, because they're always on top of everything, and that makes it really easy for me here because I don't have to hold their hand. I don't have to, you know, navigate them through what their job duties are. They're just always performed. We've been with them for, you know, um, six years now. They've always provided a very, very well service. And so of course I would recommend anyone that's doing an excellent job, especially when they're as attentive to detail as they are. You got a lot of competition in this market. You got a lot of cleaning services. I get them all the time. However, I've never felt the need to move away from OnGo because the services provided are so pristine and so very good services provided. And good feedback's always a great thing, and when you got a service that provides such, you know, attention to detail, why wouldn't you want to share that with everyone else? So of course, I would recommend them to anyone.
